Invisaligners are a clear set of hard plastic aligners that are fitted for your mouth. They must be checked and replaced over the course of the first couple of months while they work at aligning your teeth into proper position. 

Since there are no wires or brackets, you don’t have to worry about getting any painful nicks or cuts in your mouth. They are smooth and won’t irritate your mouth. Invisalign aligners can be removed for eating, brushing your teeth and flossing. That is something that cannot be done with braces. Also, they require minimal maintenance. 

Invisalign is a preferred choice for adults and teens because they are practically invisible due to being clear. 

The case type could be classified as very mild, mild, moderate and severe. The actual cost of original Invisalign depends upon your tooth and jaw condition, and how soon you plan to get started with these.  The price of invisalign treatment varies from INR 85000 onwards to approximately INR 320000 for comprehensive treatment depending upon the severity of your case. Earlier you start, more you save.

The treatment typically takes 1-2 years time to give full results. In certain complex cases, it may take longer as well in which case we recommend going for comprehensive option.

These days customers see a lot many options of clear aligners to choose from and the obvious question that comes to mind is which clear aligner to choose from, and why specifically Invisalign which is the most expensive among all. Aren't other cheaper options as good as Invisalign? After all, they have got endorsement from big celebrities. 

But getting influenced by enticements or endorsements is not always the right thing because what is claimed is not necessarily true. You need to check the brand history and understand why it continues to dominate the market, despite such a stiff marketing war that can change consumer perception.

Well, to keep it simple, we still recommend Invisalign over other clear aligners because of following reasons:

1. Invisalign is the pioneer of clear aligners. Invisalign's technology is backed by extensive research and development, and the company works with trained orthodontists and dentists to create customised treatment plans. Other brands have come after Invisalign and are relatively new.  Also, there are number of published journals by Invisalign to back up their claims with research. You won't find these by other companies in the field of clear aligners. You can do a bit of research on claims and actual results of Invisalign and these companies to decide for yourself.
2. Invisalign is the only technology to handle more complex orthodontic cases due to its advanced technology and treatment planning. It's often recommended for cases that require significant teeth movement or adjustments. Clear aligners by other companies may still give results if it is all about aligning teeth to fill the gaps in between. However, they are not effective when it comes to treating moderate to severe malocclusion (i.e. cases where teeth either need to pulled up-down or where teeth are behind one another and completely out from the jawline). 
3. Invisalign has got the shortest treatment cycle for equivalent results. You can get results on moderate to severe malocclusion six month onwards. No other brand claims results as fast as that.
4. Invisalign is the only Orthodontic treatment which allows you to eat anything, anytime, anywhere. You can simply remove your Invisalign aligners before having any meal, unlike traditional braces which restrict your from eating many items such as pizza, non-veg, and even fruits which require you to bite.
5. Invisalign doesn't damage your tooth enamel unlike traditional braces which may cause enamel  abrasion to some extent.
6. Invisalign is the only technology which has compliance indicators for kids and an advanced app which tracks your progress and guides you accordingly. If you don't comply, the app adjusts your treatment plan automatically. So, you are always clear on your treatment.  There is no point in going for clear aligners if one doesn't comply. The clear aligners provided by other companies don't provide for compliance indicator. Infact some companies provide money back scheme whereby they refund half your money if you don't get the results. Well, Invisalign is 100 percent confident on its technology and so they don't run such gimmick campaigns.
7. Invisalign can be practised only by Invisalign certified Orthodontist only (no other dentists even). Other brands are being practised and sold by dentists but not necessarily the qualified ones. There is no way you can fix the accountability in case you don't find things going your way. Only thing you could perhaps get is partial refund of your money!
8. And last but not the least, Invisalign has a larger network of certified orthodontists, offering more options for finding a qualified provider. This you may not realise in your immediate locality or township but you will definitely when you move across India and abroad.

Demon braces, also known as self-ligating braces, use a unique type of bracket that has a built-in clip to hold the archwire in place. This clip eliminates the need for elastic or metal ties to hold the wire in place. As a result, demon braces require fewer adjustments and can move teeth more quickly than traditional wire braces. Additionally, because there are no ties, there is less friction between the bracket and wire, which can reduce discomfort. Damon braces can be broadly classified into two categories:

1. Damon metal braces: These braces are made of high-quality stainless steel and use the same sliding door mechanism as other Damon braces to reduce friction and discomfort.
2. Damon clear braces: These braces are made of clear ceramic material, making them less noticeable than traditional metal braces. There are several types of Damon clear braces available, including Damon Clear and Damon Clear2.

Damon braces have some advantages over traditional braces. Here are a few reasons why demon braces may be better than traditional braces:

1. Faster treatment time: Demon braces use a unique type of bracket that has a built-in clip to hold the arch wire in place. This clip eliminates the need for elastic or metal ties, which can cause friction and slow down tooth movement. As a result, damon braces can move teeth more quickly than traditional braces, reducing treatment time.
2. Fewer appointments: Since damon braces require fewer adjustments than traditional braces, patients typically need to visit their orthodontist less frequently. This can be more convenient for people with busy schedules or those who live far away from their orthodontist.
3. Improved comfort: Damon braces may be more comfortable than traditional braces because there are no elastic or metal ties to cause friction or discomfort. This can be especially beneficial for people who have sensitive teeth or gums.
4. Easier to clean: Because damon braces have fewer components than traditional braces, they can be easier to clean. This can be an advantage for people who have difficulty maintaining good oral hygiene with traditional braces.
5. Better appearance: Metal braces are typically more noticeable than damon braces, since they use metal brackets and wires that are visible in the mouth. Damon braces may be less noticeable, especially if they are made with ceramic brackets that blend in with the teeth.

While damon braces have the advantage of requiring fewer adjustments and producing less friction between the bracket and wire, they can be more expensive than metal braces. Additionally, they may not be suitable for all orthodontic cases, particularly those that require more complex tooth movements.
